Please take a moment to review how easy it is to purchase tickets to events at the Cabot.
Tickets to all concerts and special events at the Cabot can be purchased online through Ticketmaster.com or in person at our box office.
ONLINE: To purchase online, find your event under Cabot Events on this website (www.thecabot.org) and click on the Buy Tickets link. This will take you directly to the event page on Ticketmaster where you can choose your seats and purchase your tickets. Service charges apply to all tickets purchased online.
DELIVERY METHODS: If you purchase online, you will be offered delivery options.
Mobile Entry is the easiest and safest way to access tickets to your events. When you select Mobile Entry at checkout – your mobile phone is your ticket so bring it to the event. Your tickets will not be available for print or emailed to you. Download the TM mobile app to access your tickets easily on your phone.
Mail: When time allows, tickets may be mailed.
Will Call: If the concert date is within 10 days, you can choose to pick your tickets up at Will Call.
Print-at-home: Print-at-home is not an option.
You can also visit the Cabot page at Ticketmaster.com which lists all Cabot concerts and special events in one place.
BOX OFFICE: The Box Office is located at 286 Cabot Street and is open from 3pm to 8pm Monday through Saturday. On Sundays and holidays when we have no events in the theater, the box office is closed. Tickets purchased at the box office will include a Cabot Revitalization Fee of $ 3.50 per ticket. There are no additional service charges on tickets purchased at the box office. Cash, and major credit cards accepted. Checks are not accepted. If there is a show that evening, we recommend you avoid the hour before showtime when there is typically a line of people picking up tickets. For Sunday and holiday live events, the box office is open one hour before showtime until one hour after the show begins. For Sunday and holiday movies, the box office is open 30 minutes before showtime until 30 minutes after the show begins.
WARNING REGARDING TICKET RESELLERS: When purchasing online, we caution you to avoid third-party resellers such as Stub Hub, Tickets-Center, Secure Box Office, Seat Geek and the many other ticket resellers who are trying to get your business. If you google the show you are looking for at the Cabot you may end up on one of these sites and not realize it. Most of them charge much more than face value for tickets and in some cases your tickets may not even be valid and you may be denied entry to the event. If you purchase from one of these re-sellers, you risk purchasing a counterfeit or invalid ticket. The Cabot does not guarantee tickets purchased from unofficial sources.
