Purchase concert & event tickets in person at the Cabot box office, located at 286 Cabot Street, Beverly, MA.

  • Box Office Hours: Wednesday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • On show days, the Box Office opens 1 hour prior to show time.
  • On movie days, the Box Office opens 30 minutes prior to show time.
  • Cash and major credit cards accepted.

  • Accessible tickets are for fans with accessible needs and their companions only. Wheelchair Accessible and Companion Seat tickets are marked with the ADA icon and can be purchased online. Companion tickets can only be purchased with the purchase of a wheelchair accessible seat. If you need help purchasing ADA seats call us at the Cabot at 978-827-3100 during box office hours.

  • Rows A, B, H and AA in the balcony have additional leg room.

  • Will Call pick-up is located just inside the main entrance to the Cabot. Will Call opens one hour before showtime. To pick up your tickets you will need to present a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase.

  • Regular movie tickets can be purchased at the door or online in advance via links on our website.

  • There are child prices for children 3-12 for regular movies and kids’ events only. Children aged 2 or younger who can sit quietly on a lap are not charged. There are no discounts on concert or live event tickets unless noted.

  • There are Student and Senior discounts for regular movies. Students must present a valid student ID.  Age for Seniors is 60+. There are no discounts on concert or live event tickets unless noted.

  • Discounts are available on regular movie tickets and on most live events for EBT cardholders.

  • Cabot gift cards that were purchased prior to 5/13/2023, are redeemable at the Cabot box office for concert or movie tickets. They can also be redeemed at the bars and concession stands.

    Or if you wish we can transfer your remaining gift card balance to Spektrix and you can use it to purchase tickets online through your Spektrix account. Moving forward you can purchase vouchers directly through Spektrix as gifts for friends and family or for yourself to use at your discretion. If you wish to transfer your existing gift card balance to Spektrix please email us at tickets@thecabot.org. Include your name, your gift certificate number, the amount of your remaining balance and a phone number where you can be reached. Or come into the box office during box office hours and we will transfer your balance for you.

  • There are no refunds or exchanges unless otherwise noted. In the event that a performance cancels or postpones, you will be notified regarding your options.

  • Performances are rarely canceled due to weather conditions. We will not issue refunds to performances that are not canceled.

  • Lost tickets purchased through the Cabot or Ticketmaster may be reprinted at the box office on the night of the show. Please present a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase.   Lost tickets purchased through a ticket broker or unauthorized reseller cannot be reprinted.  

  • The Cabot reserves the right to revoke tickets sold by a ticket broker or unauthorized reseller. If you are holding a revoked ticket, you will not be admitted and will not receive a refund.
