The Cabot is a gem of the North Shore. Built in, 1920, with its frescoes, filigrees, golden dome, and expansive balcony, The Cabot was grand enough to rival big-city show palaces, and spacious enough to accommodate any kind of entertainment, from silent pictures, to vaudeville, to opera.
Since 2015, The Cabot has undergone extensive renovations and restoration to bring The Cabot back to its original grandeur, but with modern amenities that today’s audiences require. Thanks to our generous community, we have made incredible progress but there are still some major improvements to do. Please consider a gift to our capital campaign and keep the arts alive on the North Shore of Boston.
