The Porch Sessions at Hale Farm

The Porch Sessions presented by The Cabot will take place at Hale Farm, 39 Hale Street in downtown Beverly.  Thank you to our sponsor, the Loring Family, friends of The Cabot and Historic Beverly.

Hale Farm is perfect for an outdoor concert, with its convenient location, lovely lawn, and ocean breezes. Due to the Governor’s recent announcement the capacity has been reduced to 40 people.  Food & beverages are available for pre-order.  Please note a food item must be purchased with any alcoholic beverage order.  Patrons will be seated by group at small tables six or more feet apart.  Artists will perform in front of the newly renovated back porch and the first row of tables will begin 25 feet from the entertainment.

Due to limited capacity tickets are expected to sell out quickly. 

You must enter your email address in order to purchase tickets.  

If the event has to be cancelled due to inclement weather we will attempt to reschedule it to a later date. Tickets will be honored on the new date. You will be notified via email two hours before showtime if we have to reschedule the event. 

For the safety of all, please note that everyone must complete a COVID questionnaire and wear a mask when entering and exiting the venue, and when not at your table. If you have had a fever within the last 72 hours or have been in contact with someone in the past two weeks who has had Covid-19 you will not be allowed entry and your tickets will be refunded.

All seating will be at socially distanced tables on the lawn. 

Tickets may be purchased in groups of 2 – 4. Tables will be assigned in the order purchased based on group size. Maximum group size is 4. If you are coming with another couple and want to sit together, you should purchase 4 tickets in one transaction.  You will then be assigned to a table of 4.

Your table number will be given to you when you check in at the entrance. You will have your own table and will not be seated with others not in your group. Chairs are provided. 

You must go directly to your table and remain seated when not using the restroom. 

Hand sanitizer will be provided.  

No outside food or beverages can be brought into the venue. IDs will be checked at the door and wristbands will be issued to all those over 21.

Due to new guidelines, a food item must be purchased with any alcoholic beverage order.  One or more shareable item(s) can be ordered as long as it/they would sufficiently serve the number of people at the table.

Fall beer selections from Newburyport’s Riverwalk Brewing Co. as well as wine, soft drinks and bottled water will be available for pre-order.  Delicious meals will also be available for pre-order through A&B Burgers. Ticket purchasers will receive a separate email with event information and the links to pre-order food & beverages for each event. 

Table service will be provided. Orders placed in advance will be delivered to your table once you are seated. Food & beverage orders must be placed by 6:00 PM the day before the performance to ensure safe and timely delivery to your table on the day of the event.  

Restrooms are available on site and will be sanitized on a regular schedule throughout the evening. 

Sunglasses are recommended for the early part of the evening.

Limited parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the property. We recommend parking downtown or in the Cabot lot and taking a short walk to the location. Directions to Hale Farm can be found here.
