Where is The Cabot located?
The Cabot is located at 286 Cabot Street in downtown Beverly on Massachusetts’ North Shore.

An easy way to get to The Cabot from Boston is to take the Newburyport/Rockport Commuter Rail from Boston’s North Station and get off at Beverly Depot. From there, walk East on Broadway to Cabot Street, then walk North on Cabot a few blocks to The Cabot. Commuter rail schedules are here.

Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, Gift Certificates can be purchased at the box office!

How do I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets easily on this website on Ticketmaster.com or call: 800.745.3000.

Why are there service fees?
The ticketing company we have been using, OvationTix, is slowly being replaced by Ticketmaster in order to take The Cabot to the next level. Ticketing services get paid by charging a fee for each ticket purchased and the fee is not embedded into the ticket price as it is at some other venues.

If a show is still on OvationTix:
This fee is added whether tickets are purchased online, over the phone or directly at the box office. 866.811.4111 is the phone number for OvationTix shows.

If a show is on Ticketmaster:
This fee is added to tickets that are purchased online or over the phone BUT NOT at the box office.  This means that if you’d like to buy tickets without a fee, you can do so at The Cabot box office. Shows which are on Ticketmaster use this phone number: 800.745.3000.

The Cabot is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and all revitalization fee revenues go right back into maintaining this historic theater built in 1920 and to help present more great events.

How do I know if a show is on OvationTix or on Ticketmaster?  On the event pages, we are showing the phone number for Ticketmaster if it’s a Ticketmaster show.  We are also including a Ticketmaster logo on the side of the page.

What are your box office hours?
We now have regular box office hours from 5 pm – 9 pm Mondays through Saturdays. Sunday and daytime hours will vary, but you can count on us to be open 30 minutes before the first film showtime through 30 minutes after the last film showtime any day of the week.

Can I get a refund for a show I can’t make?
All sales are final. There are no refunds.

I can’t print my tickets, what should I do?
Please email [email protected] and provide the show name, purchaser last name and confirmation number. We will add your name to our Will Call list.

Where do I park?
We do not have a patron parking lot at The Cabot. We are located in downtown Beverly and share public parking options with many popular restaurants, shops and other venues.  Please allow time to locate parking before an event.  Metered parking is available on Cabot Street and side streets. There are municipal parking lots on Pond Street, one block away, and in other locations including at Beverly Depot, 10 Park Street.

As of November 1, 2018, the Town of Beverly is instituting a new parking system with small hourly fees from 8 AM to 8 PM Mondays through Saturdays. For stays longer than 20 minutes, paid parking on Rantoul Street, Cabot Street and certain sections of side streets (Green Zone) will be $0.75 hour. Paid parking on River Street and Margin Street (Purple Zone) will be $0.50/hour. Municipal Parking Lots will be $0.25/hour. Resident zones will be time limited, or by permit. Payment can be made by smartphone app Go Park It (http://goparkit.com/about/location/beverly/), or coin/credit/debit card via new on-street kiosks. You will need to know your license plate number to pay at a paystation or when using the smartphone App (If needed, please consider storing a picture of your license plate on your phone)

Here is the Town of Beverly’s new parking map (if you click on it, it will enlarge)

Please also note that parking on the residential streets between Cabot and Rantoul (red zone) will now be limited to 4 hours in one spot without a permit from 8 AM-8 PM Monday-Saturday.

With an active disability plate or placard, customers can park in any legal parking spot within the City of Beverly without paying a parking fee.
