Cabot
100 Celebration
Though we were not able to celebrate our 100th anniversary in-person at the theater like we planned, we were still able to join together with our community over Facebook Live and YouTube for a grand celebration on December 3, 2020.
“Lights. Camera. Cabot 100 Celebration” featured performances from James Taylor, Fantastic Negrito, Grace Potter, among others, with a grand finale performance of “Lean On Me” by Jon Butcher, Richard Thompson, Paula Cole, Raul Malo, and Rosanne Cash. Over 22K people tuned in from across the country!

Founders
The evening also recognized the 5 amazing people who brought The Cabot back to life in 2014, “our founders”: Henry Bertolon, Bill Howard, Rich Marino, Thad Siemasko, and Paul Van Ness.
The Cabot was able to raise almost $1M to go to support our reopening efforts.

99! Fall Celebration
We are excited to announce that at the conclusion of our fall fundraising event on October 19, 2019, we raised $1M towards The Cabot 100 capital campaign! Thanks to all who attended and helped us reach this incredible milestone.
These funds will be going towards the renovation of our historic lobby, which will be restored to its original grandeur while also paying tribute to Steve Dodge, who was one of our greatest champions and helped pave the way for The Cabot’s future success. Once we have completed our capital fundraising efforts, our renovated finished lobby will be named in his honor.
