Where are you located? The Cabot Theatre is located at 286 Cabot Street, Beverly, MA on Massachusett's North Shore.
How do I buy tickets? You can buy ticets on this site, thecabot.org, or for live events call 866-811-4111 (Ovationtix) between 9am-9pm Monday-Friday, or 10am-6pm on Saturday/Sunday.

Can I avoid service fees if I buy tickets at the office? All live events tickets have the same fees applied whether purchased online, over the phone or in person at the box office.
What are your box office hours? We are open one hour before live events and 1/2 hour before movies Please see our calendar for event listings.
Can I get a refund for a show I can't make? All sales are final. There are no refunds.
I can't print my tickets, what should I do? Please email tickets@TheCabot.org and provide the show name, purchaser last name, and confirmation number. We will add your name to the Will Call list.
Where do I park? We do not have a public parking lot at the theater. The theater is in downtown Beverly along with a number of popular restaurants. Please allow time to find parking before a performance. Metered parking is available on Cabot Street, or side streets. here are municipal parking lots on Pond Street, one block away, as well as a garage at 100 Rantoul St, Beverly. Do you serve alcohol? Beer and wine are available for purchase at events by those who are 21+, with a valid id.
What other concessions do you serve? We offer popcorn, candy, bottled water and iced teas, and Coke products.
Are you handicap accessible? Our orchestra level/main floor has accessible seating. There is no elevator in the building and the balcony level is only accessible by stairs. We will have hearing assist devices for both our movies and live events by March of 2017.
Can I bring my pet? Only service animals, as defined by the ADA, are allowed.
Are your live shows all ages? All shows are for all ages unless otherwise noted. Parents please use your own discretion when considering the act.
Can I take photos or video at the show? No video recording or flash photography at any movie, concert or live event.
What age do I need to be to qualify for a senior movie discount? Anyone age sixty and over qualifies for a senior movie discount.
What is considered a "matinee" for movies? A movie before 5:00pm is considered a matinee. Any movie that begins at 5:00 pm or later is regular pricing.
Do I have to buy a ticket for my young child? Children age two or younger, who can sit on a lap, are not charged unless you need a seat for them. Otherwise, children under age twelve and under qualify for a children's discount at non-matinee movie showings.
Why are there ticket fees? The ticketing software we use charges a fee for each ticket purchased, the fee is not embedded into the ticket price as it is at some other venues. This fee is added whether purchased online, over the phone or directly at the Box Office. The Cabot is a 501(c)3 non-profit and all proceeds from ticket sales goes right back into maintaining this historic theater and for bringing great events.

Do you accept credit cards? Yes. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Can I rent the theatre for an event? Yes! Email info@TheCabot.org with as much detail as you have for your event, and we will get back to you.
Where can I eat before or after a show? The Cabot is right in downtown Beverly. There are a number of restaurants in easy walking distance, from casual counter service options to fine dining.
