Where is The Cabot located?
The Cabot is located at 286 Cabot Street in downtown Beverly on Massachusetts’ North Shore.

How do I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets easily on this website or call 866-811-4111 (Ovationtix) between 9am-9pm everyday.

Can I avoid service fees if I buy tickets at the box office?
All live event tickets have the same fees applied whether purchased online, over the phone or in person at the box office.

Why are there service fees?
The ticketing company we use (OvationTix) gets paid by charging a fee for each ticket purchased and the fee is not embedded into the ticket price as it is at some other venues. This fee is added whether tickets are purchased online, over the phone or directly at the box office. The Cabot is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and all revitalization fee revenues go right back into maintaining this historic theater built in 1920 and to help present more great events.

What are your box office hours?
We are open one hour before live events and 30 minutes before movies.

Can I get a refund for a show I can’t make?
All sales are final. There are no refunds.

I can’t print my tickets, what should I do?
Please email tickets@TheCabot.org and provide the show name, purchaser last name and confirmation number. We will add your name to our Will Call list.

Where do I park?
We do not have a patron parking lot at The Cabot. We are located in downtown Beverly and share public parking options with many popular restaurants, shops and other venues.  Please allow time to locate parking before an event.  Metered and unmetered parking is available on Cabot Street and side streets. There are municipal parking lots on Pond Street, one block away, and in other locations including at Beverly Depot, 10 Park Street. Please see a map of parking lots: HERE.

Do you serve drinks or food?
Craft beers and fine wines are available for purchase at most concerts, events and movies by those who are 21+ and can show a valid identification. Sometimes we also have fantastic cocktails for shows featuring one of our key sponsors, Ipswich’s fabulous Privateer Rum! We also offer popcorn, candy, bottled water, iced teas and Coke products.

Are you handicap accessible?
Our orchestra level/main floor has accessible seating. There is no elevator in our almost 100 year old building; currently, the balcony level is only accessible by stairs.

Can I bring my pet?
Only service animals, as defined by the ADA, are allowed.

Are your live shows for all ages?
All shows are for all ages unless otherwise advertised. Parents, please use your own discretion when considering the show.

Can I take photos or video at the show?
No video recording or flash photography is allowed (except by credentialed media and press representatives) at any movie, concert or live event.

What age do I need to be to qualify for a senior movie discount?
Anyone age sixty and over qualifies for a senior movie discount at non-matinee movie showings.

What is considered a “matinee” for movies?
A movie before 5:00 PM is considered a matinee. Any movie that begins at 5:00 pm or later is regular pricing.

Do I have to buy a ticket for my young child?
Children age two or younger, who can quietly sit on a lap, are not charged unless you need a seat for them. Otherwise, children of age twelve and under qualify for a children’s discount, but only at non-matinee movie showings.
